In Rajbhra Medicare Private Limited governance is completely participatory and is viewed as both the structure and the relationships which will eventually determine the corporate direction and performance. The Board Of Directors is there to only give direction to the management and employees are central to corporate governance.

In Rajbhra, it is the relationships of the primary participants, namely its team and its dedication towards the common mission that is considered critical.
Additional participants include Customers, Suppliers, and Creditors:They too have equal value in Rajbhra’s Corporate Governance. Rajbhra’s Corporate Governance policy also has equal value towards the legal, regulatory, institutional and ethical environment of the business and WE BELIEVE IN ETHICAL WORK CULTURAL.
In Rajbhra we believe in P2P “decisions to be taken at the lowest level-right or wrong” BUT decisions have to be taken.

She has been an integral part of Rajbhra since its inception in 2001. She has been with the company since 2001 and for the last 14 years has been contributing towards Rajbhra growth and has been part of the success story. Sukhmani Pantal is also a Director of Sai Swasthya Kalyan India Private Limited, a company started in 2013. Sai Swasthya Kalyan India Private Limited is a company which is Promoting Rural Affordable Hospitals in mid segment towns of India under joint venture arrangements.

Ms.Rati Giri
General Manager (Operations)
She is managing the Operations Maintenance of the currently operating four Community Health Centers under Public Private Partnership (PPP) with the Government of Uttrakhand. Ms Rati Giri, is an MBA from Dehradun and has a vast experience of managing and training. She has been associated with various training projects with the Government of Uttrakhand.

Chandra Shekhar Rai

Rai, is a very assiduous developer and also the backbone of Hospital management software. He is logical in approach and result oriented. He has been developing the current software and also with his tam currently developing health applications for daily use by all citizens alike.
