Rajbhra Medicare Private Limited is an ISO 9001:2008 certified rural Healthcare company for the last 10 years, having commenced Rural Health Care operations in 2001 by way of operating Mobile Medical Clinics in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Bihar, Uttarakhand. In 2013, Rajbhra Medicare Private Limited diversified into rural hospitals and commenced commercial operations of Uttrakhand Government outsourced four 30 bedded Community Health Centers.

In Rajbhra Medicare Private Limited governance is completely participatory and is viewed as both the structure and the relationships which will eventually determine the corporate direction and performance. The Board Of Directors is there to only give direction to the management and employees are central to corporate governance.
In Rajbhra, it is the relationships of the primary participants, namely its team and its dedication towards the common mission that is considered critical.
Additional participants include Customers, Suppliers, and Creditors:They too have equal value in Rajbhra’s Corporate Governance. Rajbhra’s Corporate Governance policy also has equal value towards the legal, regulatory, institutional and ethical environment of the business and WE BELIEVE IN ETHICAL WORK CULTURAL.
In Rajbhra we believe in P2P “decisions to be taken at the lowest level-right or wrong” BUT decisions have to be taken.

Dr. Padmini Joshi MBBS, (OBS & GYNAE) Gynecologist
Dr Padamini Joshi is the gynecologist having an experience of over 30 years. She retired as Director in Uttrakhand Health Department and in her last assignment was the Chief Medical Superintendent of Saharanpur Government Hospital. Dr Joshi has been associated with Rajbhra since July 2013.

Dr. M K Joshi, MBBS MD (ANESTHESIA) Anesthetist
Dr. M K Joshi is the Anesthetist at Raipur Hospital, Dehradun having an experience of over 30 years. He retired as a practicing Anesthetist in the Government of Uttrakhand health system. Dr Joshi has been instrumental in supervising the day to day administration of the Raipur hospital as the hospital Superintendent.

Dr. Madhav Maithani MBBS, MS (Surgery) Surgeon
Dr Maithani is a retired Army Officer who served the Indian Army in short service commission before venturing into the private sector. Dr Maithani is one of the leading surgeon of Uttrakhand and he has performed some of the most complained surgeries in Raipur Hospital.
